Plot Summary:
A new semester has arrived for Tsukune and the gang featuring a handfull of girl obsessed female first years and it seems like among these first years emerges another vampire who holds a grudge against her sister Moka. What shall this grudge lead to in the future and shall Tsukune suceed in taming this new problem child into his friend, no one knows what the future holds.
The new season is set to continue to follow the manga, introduce new characters from the manga and characters created strictly for the anime.

An ‘ok’ anime.
Good animation, but the story is kind of boring. I guess the slightly “ecchi-ness” makes up for it. :)
Succubus, Vampires, and Witches! Oh my! Rosario + Vampire second season brings them all back together to further the comedic tale of friendship with a little bit more. This season, we have a lot more laughs and a deeper look into the personal life’s of the characters: we even get to see the humorous parents that are bigger kids then their own offspring! However, in this viewer’s opinion, the first season is better, but it just wouldn’t be a whole without the two! So enjoy!
The manga is so much better than this. Frankly the anime is too geared towards the stupidity rather than the actual story. For example the concept of the Ghoul Tsukune is went into further and many of the episodes in this season are actually part of the first season of the manga.
hmm now i just need to wait till season 3 that comes out at 1 october 2009 :3

Good anime, not great. It was cute, but just lacking in depth. The concept was nice and the artwork was well done. The characters were a bit flat, but expected out of an ecci anime. A lot of ironic comedy rather than the usual in your face British type jokes.
Overall: 4/5 — I enjoyed it.
Wait, there’s a SEASON 3? Someone said it was going to happen in May 2011, but today is already 2012.
Well with many websites changing their privacy terms and other crap,finding a working link to watch the last couple of episodes was a drag. But after all that, it’s still a great anime.
There is no season 3.
There is a petition you can sign and if it get’s lots of votes then the makers of rosario + vampire might make season 3.
Not 100% sure though
