Plot Summary: Himeno Awayuki was a normal sixteen-year old girl until her father married a woman who happens to be rich. Since then, she has been perceived as an outcast by both her new stepsisters and her classmates. Later Himeno finds out from seven men called the Leafe Knights that she is something called Pretear, a girl who has the power to merge with and control the nature of the elemental-oriented powers from the Leafe Knights and stop an evil being called the Princess of Disaster.

This may seem like another one of those “super-mega-magic-girl” anime’s from pure appearance, but the series is so emotionally driven that it keeps you lusting for more. 5/5 from me.

Pretear is a great anime!! i though it would be the usual magical girl stuff…but it wasnt!it is amazing, very emotional…i cried at the end too XD

I love this showw!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It had me crying my eyes out at the end :D Does anyone know where I can find the music at the start? The one that I think was just added on realy.

This anime was amazingly entertaining, it strongly reminds me of sailor moon of course, but i found it much more interesting xD I didn’t expect to enjoy this, i watched it to waste a few hours, but it got me hooked and kept me hooked right until the end. 5/5.

have the whole series on dvd, and i have to say, very good series. There’s romance, action, heartbreak, and depression…. very good series!
