Plot Summary: Saeki Koushirou works as a wedding planner, but his own love life is a shambles. His background makes it difficult for him to commit himself wholeheartedly to love. This series was kinda freaky x.x (u forgot to mention that this series is also about ephebophilia (or pedophilia), think u should add it to themes)

it is freaky, yeah, but strangely enough you kind of feel for the characters and what they go through…after all u can’t choose who u love, right? still weird tho ;) but also poignant, and touching. i liked it

well anyway great anime just loved it
for the people who dismiss this anime due to it’s content of incest, shame on you. i think it’s a wonderfully thought out story between a stuggling man who is torn between morals and himself. the quote “we can’t help who we fall in love with” applies tenfold to this, and justly so. he’s not weird or perverted, just a poor guy who has no idea how to act and what to do becuase of this blossoming love he has with his sister, which started even before he knew of her relation to him. this anime definetly is going down as one of my fav’s, and i give kudos to the voice actors of nanako and koshiro, but especially nanako. i found her voice a pleasant break from the high-pitched squeals of a standard anime female. if i would give any critiscism, it’s that this series wasn’t a few eps longer to further show us how their choice worked out for them, or at least the final truth between the two didn’t start sooner. i barely think about those faults however, and now get ready to start rewatching this a second time… ^^
overall id say 5/5 great anime as stated many times previousley it is “creepy” but at the same time a good story.
This anime is incredibly boring, i cant believe you people are talking about the same show here. It has no real story that just drags on and goes nowhere. This is probably the worst show i have watched so far, there’s no romance and the socalled incest is just some jerk who’s got a crush on his estranged sister. Big deal. 0/5
I have seen better anime’s but it was not bad i thought that it could have been better but surprisingly the voice acting was better than i thought it would be
It’s been a while since I have seen an anime as serious as Welcome to the N.H.K, Both are brilliant series and completely worth watching though.
