   Wow, this is a different kind of series. The plot isn’t generic, and I can’t tell what’s going to happen! That’s amazing!

   was just in tokyo checking out a manga/anime store in akihabara and this manga/anime was totally popular over there, glad to have stumbled upon it because I don’t read japanese.

   Awesome series! Low key, but heartfelt, and clumsy at times but sweet, too. Can’t wait for the tie-up episode(s).

   I had high hopes in this one, after reading the praising comments here.
   But I was again decieved by them.

   To state it plainly: it’s just kiddy stuff.
   Another school-themed anime about sharing friendship, how to treat your surroundings and, of course, what exactly makes your heart beat so fast.
   Other than a serious heart disease, love is the obvious reason for it.
   And there we have it. That is all.

   What a great idea! Now I’m hoping to see an anime, one day, where the doki-doki IS actually due to a heart disease!

   Excerpt: Guy holds up girl’s hand. Girl (thinks): “Why has my heart started throbbing so suddenly? Ah, it’s my cardiac arrythmia kicking in again… If I lose consciousness right now, what are my chances that this jerk takes me to a hospital instead of raping me on the spot?”

   I read the positive comments and was expecting something good.
   Don’t get me wrong I enjoy this kind of anime.
   But if you ask me it’s like they started it got half way and decided to quit.
   The ending is seriously garbage. There’s nothing on the rivalry nothing more on the two friends, the girl getting abused, there official date or anything like that.
   They spend about 5 episodes throwing the rival around and you never even hear of her again except for a cameo in the last two.
   And another 5 episodes describing two of the lesser characters, and don’t even get close to tying any of those loose ends.
   Unless there is another series it’s a major disappointment ruining an anime which could be great.

   for me this anime is not as bad as the other people say..
   and for those people hu kept on saying that this is a bad anime, always remember that not all the things that u dislike will be also disliked by others..

    wow, this anime is not bad like the other people say, its story is not that common so i dont predict what will happen next..
    other people’s comment here just destroy my hope about what i think about at this anime, but when i watched it, its actually great..

    well yea, this is another praising comment for this anime..
    because this anime deserves a good comment..

    but its up to u whether u like it or not..
    just dont pay attention first to the comments here
    just judged it after u try watching it..xD

    the girl here looks like sunako from the perfect girl evolution, actually exactly like sunako! haha
    its very rare for a very gloomy girl and a very refreshing guy would actually turn into a couple.
    ahahaha,

    Nothing special! Actually at the end that girl Kuronuma really start to get on mine’s nerves, she is so annoying and crying also too much. IMHO don’t waste your time on watching it.
    Ah, also there wasn’t even one kiss at the ending :( I’m disappointed.

    another Drag it out for half of the season and end it with nothing much happening Anime. Throw it in the Cookie Cutter bin.

    Started out good, but after the shy main character came out of her shell a little they couldn’t figure out what to do next and so did nothing for the second half of the series. Nothing really even happens at end either, it just fizzles out for 3 episodes.

    I swear to god, half of the last episode is spent on a 3rd string character getting some dirt on his coat.

    I guess what it is, they think since they started out with a great idea and everybody starts talking about it, they think they’ll get to make like 10 seasons of it, and so purposfully drag things out and never tie up even minor loose ends, then it gets boring and they lose the fans who gave them some steam at the beginning, and then there never is a 2nd season and so everyone’s just left hanging.

    I read the manga to this before the anime came out and I was seriously wondering wether or not they would make an anime off it and was quite scared about whether they would do it any justice and they did!…

    At first. It was great they stuck to evey single little detail from the manga and then they just kind of cut off near the end.

    The manga made me happier. Why?
    They end up together.

    LOVE the opening though. It makes me happy.
