    u guys do realize that lelouch is the cart driver driving C.C. dont you? Lelouch got the code when he killed his father at the dimension thingy, and it activated when he got killed ( hence Nunally-Lelouch memory transfer), so now hes immortal and gets to live a quiet country life with a hot pizza whore….FOREVER! XD

    Dudes, don’t spoil it for everyone. Do that in a forum or something. I couldn’t imagine a possible better ending than this and the ambiguity makes it even more amazing. Much better than Death Note in my opinion.

    Hey Loki it isn’t known if that is Lelouch at the end it is very possible that it is but not a 100% and like Pizzahutyummy was saying say stuff like that somewhere else, the thing tht made this series awesome was the new surprises with each episode, soo don’t spoil it for ppl that havn’t finished the series yet… In other news this is an amazing series and a must see for anime fans everywhere REALLY GOOD KEEPS YOU GUESSIN EVEN AT THE END

    lelouch is STILL f***ing alive.

    I’ve explained this a billion times to other ppl and i’ll explain it to you dummkopfs too. So rejoice that Lelouch is alive, albeit out of the spotlight.

    Since i hate writing it, it will be short and concise

    1.C.C. tilts head back like talking to the driver (who is most likely Lelouch) when she says Lelouch
    2. Lelouch transfered his memories to Nunnaly, only possible w/ code.
    3. he killed Charles and got his code.
    4. code activates 1st time u die. C.C.’s nun friend choked her, charles shot himself, lelouch got stabbed.
    5. VOILA! there are more clues but that is enough

    LELOUCH IS ALIVE! NOW SHUT THE F*** UP! reminds me so much of how ppl reacted when Death Note ended.

    that was sooooo good… it’s one of the best anime i’ve seen ever… it was freakin brilliant… plot was amazing, keeps surprising me… saddens me to think that i will have to wait for a long time before i get to find and watch another series that is on the same level as this… all hail lelouch!!… gosh, i love you… and i love this anime…

    Great anime, all in all. It has so many twists and turns that you’re on the edge of your seat and has irrisitable characters that keep you completely entranced. Although I liked the first season better, and ended up crying at the end of the second, I could honestly see no end more fitting than this…

    Code Geass was the best! It’s one of my favorite Anime, along with Fate/Stay Night. There’s a season 3 of Code Geass as well, coming out in 2010, which is pretty awesome. ^^

    SPOILER. lelouch seems to me to be the closest man can ever be, to truly being a god. it goes completely against human nature to make the entire world hate you, just so you can die and rid the world of that hate. the last time someone died to rid the world of its hate… was jesus. ps. this was the second time i watched this series.. and it blew my mind this time around. i have much more experience with anime (well over 100 series watched start to finish) and i must say that the thought put into this series is mind-numbing. there was so much planning, with so many twists. so many times in the series were characters referred to as “holding cards”, well i’d say the people who created this anime held more cards than any other anime i’ve seen. i used to think death note and code geass were in my top 10… ive watched each twice now. i’d say now, code geass is my #1 favourite, for sure.

    WOW. My brain is a pile of mush because of the sheer awesome this series exudes. The ending…just WOW. I’m not going to spoil it…but considering all of the people above I don’t think it’s going to make a difference.
    By the way, did anyone else notice that Xingke was missing in the wedding photo?

    The drama and the plot twists in Code Geass are absolutely divine. I couldn’t stop watching. It is a little bit slow at the beginning of R2 (and when I say a little, I really mean a little. The pace is still pretty good.), but after episode…15ish or so, it’s really difficult to rip yourself away.
    All of the mecha anime I tried before this were…meh. (Gundam Seed + Gundam Seed Destiny, Macross Frontier) After watching this I definitely have a new respect for mechas. It’s not the highlight of the show (the oh so lovely drama is) but Code Geass does it’s mecha scenes very nicely.
    One of the few problems with this anime is that the art is kind of…it takes a while to get adjusted to since the people are drawn so disproportionately. But it grows on you eventually. The way that Lelouch’s irises are drawn is so so so pretty, even if they are a bit disproportionate (well more disproportionate than most anime). I love that shade of purple.
    Also, there’s a strangely large number of annoying characters. I’m sure that most people were annoyed with Nina and Shirley too. For me though, Lloyd was definitely the worst. His voice…URGGHHH. And he looks like a pedophile.
