Plot Summary: Humans live in the world of Assiah, demons in Gehenna. The two dimensions are not meant to interfere with each other, but demons still possess creatures in Assiah in spite of this. The humans who can fight these demons are known as exorcists. Rin Okumura is a boy who bears the curse of being Satan’s illegitimate son. His foster father sacrificed himself to save him from demons. To avenge his foster father’s death as well as to prove himself, Rin decides to follow the path of an exorcist.

I rated Ao no Exorcist a 5. I love this anime so much, everything about it is amazing to me. I love the voice actors, Rin especially is great. He has a feral tone to his voice, almost like a growl and I think that goes well with his character. The characters in general are great to me, I love pretty much every single character in this show! Even the ones that aren’t main characters are good! And the plot, and subplots, and even the episodes where they are just doing their daily things. I wouldn’t mind 15 seasons of filler episodes!
I want there to be another season. I really really want there to be another season. Like, it hurts me inside to think about it ending, that’s how much I love this anime.

Keep in mind it deviates from the manga, but a second second (perhaps a reboot like FMA:Brotherhood) is slated for later this year, and a movie is in production for this series as well.
Still a must watch!
