If your using the normal internet explorer try finding a different internet explorer, for example try using mozilla firefox, at first i tried with my normal ie but it didnt work either however firefox did

Yeah, I noticed the downloading speed is slower in the evening. Maybe due to heavy traffic? Bummer. :( Otherwise it works fine early in the day.
